You need to back off, which could be hard. But in the long run who would you rather have? A guy who might still be around or your best friend that you have. It is your choice nobody here can tell you what to do, we just give ideas for you to kick around and think about. Good luck to you.

If she is your best friend I think you should forget the boy they come and go, friends should never go for your boyfriend or your ex boyfriend it never works out I have seen it ruin the friendship to many times

FRIENDS FIRST...if you pursue him while they are going out, you may end up losing out on both sides...he may not like you and you will most definitely lose your best friend! wait till they break up before even considering it if you want to keep your friendship...if you don't care about the friendship, then make a move on him...cheers

well i think you might wanna be really careful with what you do

one option is wait for them to break up cause then you can find out from your friend if hes a jerk if it turns out you still like him and hes just not your friends type make sure its ok with your friend before you tell the guy you like him

Wait for him to leave her. If he does then move in. But do you want to loose your friend and what if the feeling isn't mutual? Like you said it's a crush. back off you might find out he isn't worth it.

Well tell yourself that is a test for your ethics and insist on passing it. Remember it is your ethics at the stake; fedility, self control, honesty, friendship.... You must have others on your own that I do not know about.
