well depends on what kind of a person u are and when u feel like it but if u are young then dont rush. it doesnt always look good puting too much makeup on. i think light and more natural makeup looks better. if just the mascara and a little lipgloss or some eyeliner then maybe 13-14 year i would say. dont over do though and try not to put too much of the black eyeliner around the eyes. have fun with it

I started wearing foundation when i was about 12 years old, because i thought i needed it. i didnt need it as much as i do now, because wearing makeup at an early age kind of ruined my skin. my advice: dont start until you're in about 7th or 8th grade, but only if you really need it. use a cute little lipgloss and maybe some glitter and that's really all you'll need. i really wish i never wore makeup when i was little. i look at pictures from years ago and i look like i had no idea how to put it on! it's sad but funny.

My Mom let me wear makeup at about 9 or 10. But it was the little things like lip gloss and eyeshadows. I didn't start wearing real makeup til I was about 14 and I didn't even wear much. Just mascara and eyeshadow. It's been 2 years and I wear only Mascara and foundation.

Most gurls start at 13 or 14. I think the youngest u should start at is atleast 14, but I guess 13 is ok

I think I was allowed to start when I was 12 or 13. Don't be in a rush, because photos are forever.
If you're younger, stick to powder, gloss & mascara. Save coloring for high school.

I started when I was 13. I wore eyeliner, lip gloss, eye shadow, and mascara. I didn't use base until I was about 17. Still don't wear it a lot. It's whatever you and your parents are comfortable with though. Good Luck :)

well i was 12 when my mom let me have lip gloss and a freshman in high school for full makeup etc...around age 14, but it was natural look of wearing makeup not all that eyeshadow . just powder, eyeliner, arched eyebrows shadowed in and lipstick

possibly around fourteen or fifteen, thats around whilst i began out. i dont extremely think of that curiously top on youthful youngsters, ive honestly considered little 8 twelve months old females interior the mall with their mothers, and those little females have lots makeup on, and their hair all straightened, and their little pretend tans.. and you look over to their mothers, and that they look precisely a similar! its unhappy=/ yet in spite of everything, i concern the early young ones is a competent place to initiate, if no longer a splash older:)

My dad didnt let me wear makeup till i was sixteen. Which was good cuz i barely wear any now and i 20 and gonna graduate cosmetology school soon, but people like the "NATURAL BEAUTY"
