He was playing in a beach football game at the Pro-Bowl and he rolled his ankle, tore a large number of tendons and damaged the circulatory system to his ankle bones. It was much like the injury suffered by Garrison Hearst, where the bones begin dying from lack of blood flow. He rehabed for a long time, made a minor comeback, but was never the player he was coming out of college.

Yes, it was really a shame...He suffered a MAJOR injury in a pick up game...I was almost glad the Dolphins cut him.I'm not glad he got hurt of course, but I cringed every time he carried the ball. He was lucky he was even able to walk. He suferred major nerve damage...The guy showed a lot of heart...I think he would have been an outstanding back-remember he only played running back a couple years at Georgia so he was still learning the position.

Doper.

Like many U of Georgia grads who enter the NFL he couldn't kick the drug habit he acquired in Athens.

"This is not the only scandal involving the UGA Bulldogs football team right now. Last month, several players were suspended for drug violations, stemming from their arrests for marijuana possession. One of these players was also involved in the ring scandal. "

These people make the University of Miami look like a missionary school.
