ever hear the saying beauty is only skin deep. For someone to say whether someone is beautiful or not is very shallow. But if your the type that needs reassurance i'm sure you think you are otherwise you wouldn't be asking. And isn't that all that counts.

If you like yourself and present yourself with some confidence, then you are probably a beautiful person. If you are talking about your looks, you know by the way people look at you.

What do you care of what others think of you?
The REAL question is: WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOU? Do you think you are "beautiful"?
Remember these two things and you will be alright:
1. If you don't love you - nobody else will.
2. GOD LOVES YOU AS YOU ARE...walk in that love and nothing else will matter.

If you think you are beautiful then you are, obviously if you have low self esteem you wouldn't think that way and rely on others opinion of yourself.

If you mean having a desirable appearance, then you can make an assessment by evaluating your phone use - who calls who? Are you constantly bugging others, or is your cell phone always ringing, especially from members of the opposite sex. Beautiful people, as long as they have a reasonable personality, are in high demand. If you can't keep up with all your messages, then you are one of them.
