I'm trying to expand my iTunes music library. Can you recomend me good artists/songs similar to what I listen to? I mostly like alternative rock like 30 seconds to Mars, Evanescence, Muse, Coldplay, U2, the killers, the strokes, The goo goo dolls, flyleaf, the sounds, Switchfoot, Alanis Morissette, and many more.

Thank you

Great Artists with Great Albums:
1. HANSON!!! I'm a huge Hanson fan. If you don't like their 90's songs, at least check out their more recent ones that are more rock n' roll.

2. Panic! At The Disco. Their album is AWESOME! One of the best alternative albums yet to come.

3. The Fray. "How To Save A Life" is a great album.

4. Nine Days. They wrote and performed that song "Absolutely (Story Of A Girl)". They haven't come out with new songs in a while but their album "The Madding Crowd" is fantastic!

5. Pat McGee Band. I love their album "Save Me". I've heard them live in concert and they're awesome!

Some good recent songs are "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol, "Lips of an Angel" by Hinder and on the National Lampoon's Van Wilder Sountrack which is coming out, I think, in November, Hanson has a great rock song called "The Ugly Truth" that's on it.

The new Evanescence album is really good too.

I am very much into alternative rock, and the first place I would go to if I were you, is purevolume.com. There are charts there, if you want to see new stuff that you haven't heard before.

I recommend Snow Patrol (Chocolate, Chasing Cars), Paramore (Emergency), The Academy Is... (Slow Down) because I just downloaded them off of iTunes today.

Do you like Death Cab for Cutie? If so, you may like their lead singer's other band, The Postal Service. "Nothing better" and "the District sleeps alone tonight" are great.

Also check out Crossfade, especially "broken like an angel", Hinder "better than me", Coheed and Cambria "a favor house Atlantic", Theory of a Deadman "Santa Monica", and Something Corporate "Konstantine".

Happy listening! :-)
