Hold the eye lid tight and stretched. Start in the outer corner and work in (if liquid liner) and do little lines along the lid, then join them up. Dont rush and take your time.
When you have it cracked try winging it out at the sides looks sexy :)

Line the bottom of your eyelashes with a liquid eyeliner. To make it look perfect swipe underneath with a Qtip. I use a pencil on my top and sprinkle eyeshadow or powder over it to make it stay on. I like Mary Kate and Ashley liquid eyeliner in black, and Lancome Artliner in black. That never smudges, but M&K is cheaper and works almost just as good. Lancome is what I use if I know I'm going to be outside. Just remember to practice. Put your eyeliner on before the rest of your make up that way if you mess up you can easily wipe it off and try again.

Use a very thin layer of pencil underneath so it defines the line, then apply liner on top slowly but not too slowly coz you dont want too much ink leaking on your eyelid. Use water free liner too.

Sharpen the pencil, do a very thin line on the lower and upper lid and voila! you have the perfect eye liner!! The secret is in the pen and how you want it to do!!

Not a good time of night to ask, as i have had several gallons of whine. I use a liner that's like a felt tip, the other kind is too messy. Are you Vicki N as in my little sister? actually no, I can't see my sister farting around with liquid eyeliner, but never mind. Good evening!

close your lid - start at the centre and work to the outer edge then start at the corner and meet at the centre (where you started) this stops the dragging effect. keep the line thin. do the under eye if you want (thats a personal preference!)

I like to put it on pretty heavy and then put my eyeshadower over it. The eyeshadow sticks to it and covers all but a thin line down close to my eyelashes.
