If you are talking medically as in mentally unstable anout 13% of the people in the world have a mental dissability. And in the future you might want to chose your wording a little more carefully someone could be really hurt by you using the word "crazy" they have as much a medical problem as people with cancer or asthma or any thing like that it is long term (for the most part) and they cannot help it.

I'm gonna say 93% crazy people in the world....
'Course, you have to set some guidelines on what you consider "crazy".
I'm of the opinion that very few people are completely well-adjusted with no form of even mild "insanity"
