I honestly don't think Bush has "innermost thoughts". IMO he's a dyslectic who also suffers from ADHD. That's why he relies on religion and his "gut" to make decisions. He can't concentrate on much for very long. It's a blur.

There are books about W's mental state.

Hey, Magic Johnson, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstien, Alexander Graham Bell and Benjamin Franklin all have or had ADHD. None of them were capable of running a country.

I think I'd rather enjoy living inside W's head.
There would be a TON of open space -- like having a 5-bedroom, 4-bath house with a den, basement, and rec room plus indoor pool! I could spread out, relax, and never have to worry about anything bothering me in there, 'cause it's all empty space. Doesn't even come furnished, how nice. :)

Bush frequently speaks in what he calls his inside voice.

So no big secrets. The basic hungry, hot, cold, nice a**

He would be saying, "what should my next course of action be in North Korea,
How should I deal with KimJongIl, how should we resolve the civil war erupting in Iraq,
What is the best exit strategy,
who will win the election,
what effect will this have on the future of the war and for america.
He thinks the same things everyone else is.
He IS after all one of US!!!

Actually I was thinking it might be a pink elephant juggling to the "Baby Elephant Walk" and him giggling.

He visualises his trembling trigger finger poised menacingly over the big red button, while cackling a maniacs cackle " shall i? shan`t i? shall i? shan`t i? now you see em, now you don`t, now you see em, now you don`t" AARRGGHH. I bet the frustration is seriously f*cking with his already f*cked up head.
