The statement reading between the line is looking perfectly to what is true about the statements.
It means you are discriminating all the non objective and untrue (subjective) meaning of the statement by recognition.
Reading between the lines is the real way of observing what is not true to arrive to what is true.( negative approach of observation)

When I read between the lines it is perfectly clear, because I have made an assumption of what I read. I have formed some idea from something that makes it valid. If I am assuming, what I read then it is blurry. I think it is a matter of forming a conclusion to the thought.

When you read statements that seem not to agree. Or two different sides to a story & niether one seems to have it right, then you try to make sense of it by reading between the lines.
Taking different parts of each & weighting them to see which makes
the most sense.
At times you try to quess what the person was trying to say.
Or you weight the thoughts against how you feel about it.
All of this may make this clearer or it well could leave ir blurry

Reading between the lines may make things clear for you but does not necessarily mean that it is clear or true. Reading between the lines is your opinion on what can be between those lines and so it may not be true.

it all DEPENDS if I use my glasses or not..
even with glasses some people of what they say...is hard to understand never mind trying to read in between their lines
and others PERFECTLY clear all the time.
so it depends on the person leave or giving the message..
and it depends if it is high school or college rules lines.....

reading between the lines is always blurry, because it isn't spelled out... hence, between the lines....
i agree with the first response: it is similar to assumption...

I'm not one for reading between the lines.
If someone has something to say I'd prefer them to come out and say it.
