The queen of hearts is the scabbie queen....

Take the queen of diamond out of the pack........All cards are shared out equally and you take it turns taking a card from from the person sitting next to you...........If you can make a pair place it down on the table........

The one holding the queen of hearts looses...........

Then they have to split the full deck of cards and whatever number they reveal is how many wraps of the knuckles with full pack..........

All queens except the queen of spades are removed from the pack. Every player fans out their cards and in turn each player picks one from the player to their right. If they make a pair they discard them.

The player left with the queen takes the 'raps'.

The losing player splits whole pack and takes as many raps as the number says, face cards as 10, ace as 11. However, a red card gives soft raps (just deck over the knucle) and a black card gives hard raps (the deck shaped like a dagger down on the knuckles). If the Scabbie Queen is drawn, it's 20 hard raps...

That was the game as I knew it anyway. You've brought back plenty of memories of bloody hands on the school bus.
