I'm 38 years old. Every five minutes, my right leg will feel warm. What do you think what may cause this feeling? HELP!

It sounds like there may be some nerve damage.
Go buy some B Complex 100 vitamins & take 1 with breakfast & 1 with lunch. This will not only boost your energy, but b vitamins help with nerve issues.
If, after several weeks, you notice no improvement, consider seeing a doctor.
Also, when you feel that warmth, try changing your position. It may be possible that bloodflow is simply being cut off for the moment based on how you're sitting.

Does it happen all the time? When you are sitting? Walking? What do you do for a living? Are you active or do you sit for most of the day? Do you have a history of blood clots? Where in your leg is the warm feeling coming from? Is there any hard area that you can feel at the spot? How long has this been going on? Have you had a history of back problems? Is there any pain in your leg? Any numbness or tingling?

As you can see there a number of questions that have to be asked to find out what is wrong with your leg.

Differential diagnosis from what you have said will be wide and aberrant. Some are listed below:

Deep vein thrombosis
Herniated disk in the back
Sciatica
Muscle or ligament damage or strain

The list could go on. Don't mess around. Go see a doctor and get things checked out. More than 50,000 people die each year from blood clots that start in the legs and migrate to the lungs

I had accident induced DVT in my left leg, around the calf area. It was warm over the injury but cold below it.

Maybe a pinched nerve.
