No, George Bush is definitely not smarter than a dolphin. Judging by the unnecessary mess he got us into in Iraq, I don't think he's smarter than much of anything. He thought Iraq would be a cakewalk and he'd come out looking like the forward-thinking president who reshaped the Middle East. Well, it hasn't quite turned out that way. And, the sad thing is that he and his key advisors have absolutely no idea of what to do next. So, he's definitely not smarter than a dolphin.

Mankind thinks it's smarter than Dolphins because man invented cars clothes nuclear bombs etc.
