Long distant relationships do work babe. I had a long distance relationship with a fella for over a year. We had some ups and downs but managed to get through them even though We only seen each other every couple of months but talked on the phone and text loads every day. Im now living with him, engaged to him and we've just set a date for our wedding. Hang in there babe, if its meant to be, its meant to be, Good Luck x x x

From experience, honey long distance relationships dont work for me...it usually ends up with a breakup...For a relationship to work you need to be faithful which is hard because you rarely see each other and you face temptations from both sides grls to you and boys to her...now if you have long distance relationship for a minute and you come together and live together maybe you might survive this...a diary is a good romantic thing to do ...but its limited to what you can do...all you can do is call often....but who has to energy to keep it up ???

What about making a video of yourself saying a really nice message so she could watch it anytime that she feels that she is missing you. Make the video personal to her.
It is nice receiving text messages and cards but it is so much nicer when you could see the person body language and also the smile on there face,
Plus it is something that she can keep forever.

Unless you can ensure that there is enough quality time your LDR will struggle. Send CDs etc. to show you are making the effort but unless you have regular quality time things are unlikely to last.
