I do Indie/Pop/Folk/Rock. My music sounds most like artists like Michelle Branch, John Mayer, Teddy Geiger, and Howie Day. ALthough I started writing songs a year and a half ago, and first started playing piano when i was 5, I never had a chance to record my stuff until a person at church let me borrow their equipment. I'm really excited about this!! My parents might finally even let me have a myspace to put my music on! It is going to be an 8 track CD, and I've thought of some titles. You can also make your own suggestion.

1) My Shangri La
2) Over and Over
3) Cross the Road
4) Falling Forward

For those of you who don't know, "Shangri La" is an Eastern term for a state of heaven on earth. Most of my songs will be about falling and getting back up "Over and over" again, and about going forward and never turning back. "Cross the Road", was one I came up with when thinking about overcoming life's fears and obstacles. It's also the name of a song on the album. THanks for helping

I like Falling Forward. It at least denotes progress!
How about just YOUR Name and the Roman numeral 'one?'
That way, you won't be in a bind over the next album's name!
Get your name out there! It's not like everybody knows who you are right now...let them KNOW!
All over the album! YOU ARE somebody!!
Be confident!
Good luck!
