The NBA, more than any other American league, has the most foreigners than any other American sports league but as a frequent international traveller when I read the sports section of the newspaper I don't see basketball covered that much. What can be done to help its spectator popularity?

basketball is popular globally. whether it be nba players going against international players, or the and 1 mix tape showing off their new moves to innocent defenders. basketball is major globally. its especially major when international players are practicing nigth and day to catch up and beat the crap out of our superstars (see summer 2006 usa basketball). basketball itself is a big deal in countries. after futbol, its all about the spaulding ball or whatever the heck they use out there.
