What do you mean you need to reformat your pc? Are you trying to say that you need to reformat your hard drive? Or that you are having problems and need to reload your operating system? Do you think you are having problems with your processor or with your bios? Because you don't "reformat" a pc. I realize that this could be just a language problem and you didn't know how to state your question in a more precise manner. Can you elaborate in regards to your problem?

If you have to ask how to do it then it's really not a good idea.
Assuming your machine is a bit screwed up I strongly suggest you pay someone to rebuild Windows for you. Maybe you have a friend that knows how to do it or they know someone that can do it for you? If all else fails go to a shop and pay them.
If you really want to learn how to do it then look online for an installation tutorial before you go anywhere near an installation disk.

well, if you can follow directions and prompts all you need is your recovery disk, plop it in to your cd drive, reboot your pc, before windows starts you'll see a message stating "press any button to boot from cd" do so and windows setup will begin, you can reformat you drive and do a fresh install if you like or you can choose to do a repair. be careful if u choose to delete any partitions, because u will loose all your system drivers so take great care.
