well, i kinda deserve this beating but i wanna know if theres a way i can avoid it. theres this kid in my class who is always quiet, does his work and looks like a pretty boy/nerdy. so today i tried making give up his seat to impress my girlfriend, he looked right at me , and when i told him the2nd time get the F' out the seat he gets up and pushes me a halfway acroos the room, and tells me"watch when i catch u outside of school". i asked around, and turns out this dude is a freaking fighting legend, hes been to Juvi, and been in more fights than any one can remember, and out off all those hes only lost 1(tied some), and the only reason hes not a badass anymore is cause he's "changed his life". well anyways, im going to a party 2night and he might(90% CHANCE) be there, if i dont go i will forever be a loser in high school, so skipping the party is not an option. PLEASE HELP!!! I HEARD THAT HES BEATEN PEOPLE 3X HIS SIZE, GOTTEN JUMPED AND STILL WON.

So frigging what? 90% of everyone thinks they were a loser in high school. The other 10% just don't remember the truth.
Stay home, call an escort service, and be sure to take lots of pictures. Nailing some girl takes priority over going to some HS party.

You are facing the consequence of what you did. how could you just try to push him around because he looks nerdy and swear at him etc? If that impresses your girlfriend i would be suprised. It wouldnt impress me - it would turn me off. I dont like guys who just push people around for the sake of it.
I really hope you have learnt your lesson.
As far as the fight goes - you should just go along to the party and make sure you have some friends there for backup (better than facing it on your own). Then just defend yourself the best you can. At least you are not being cowardly then. Face your consequence and then learn from it.

That's what you get for picking on the quiet kid because you can. My kid is just like the kid that's gonna kick your ***. He's quiet but if someone hurts his feelings, you better watch out. I asked him what you should do in this situation and he said that you need to find this kid and apologize. Tell him that you were having a bad day and offer to be his slave for a week. You need to waller. It's kinda sad though that you don't feel guilty for picking on a kid you thought was defenseless, you only feel bad because you're going to get your *** kicked. Kinda like most felons you see on trial. You need to learn a little big of empathy before I see you on court t.v. in 10 years.

your gonna have to fight him and the best way to win is see him before he sees you!and when you do just pop him. then pop him again! but your first hit should be your hardest. so hard you put all your weight into it! that way by the second time you hit him you'll be standing over him popin' him! and if you have the BALLS to do this, and in front of every one everyone will talk about you the way they talk about him!you got to man up! the only way to do this is get him before he gets you! and you have to do this cause he already disrepected you by call you out and then pushin' u! then when he does get beat down he won't mess wit u cause he'll feel embarrased, and if he does.... just do it again cause just remember your a MAN and you gotta take that step too man up!!! and this is the perfect oppertunity for you to earn your respect that WILL STAY WITH YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! if you take the other route or get knocked out you'll lost respect from your girl and friends, and u put you self in this ****!! tell me how it goes....

"a fighting legend" doesn't mean crap. Fighting legends are in the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and Pride Fighting. Tito Ortiz, Ken Shamrock, Royce Gracie, THOSE are fighting legends (just to name a few). And like all of them say, anyone can lose a fight.
You should probably not go to the party you idiot. Also, I think you deserve a beating 'cause you were a jackass.

try being liek the nerd, and being all quiet and just stay at home, locked in your room going soemthin, or talking to your girl friend on the phone...
wait, where the hell are your parents, or the people you live with??!! Tlka to them, and you don't have to apologize. But at schoool, and what I mean by being a erd, is stay woth a teacher at all times untill you know it's all right to be safe agian. even at lunch, stay inside the commons area (cafeteria) and don't go outside. (usually, at my high school, we're aloud to go outside, but usually all that goes out there are skaters and people who can't pay for lunch for some reason....... GOOOOD LUCK! ☺☺☺

sounds like the Bully is gonna get put in his place. Perhaps next time you'll learn that picking on anyone isn't right!
Just because someone looks a certain way, doesn't mean they aren't HUMAN! Suppose someone thinks that of you, you have just been fortunate enough that someone hasn't said anything to you about the way you act, or walk, or look...YET.
Now my suggestion is to go appologize, perhaps you can talk your way out of getting hit, and stay out of his way.
