Live in Eagan. I'm thinking of moving there, and want some honest opinions.

I've lived in Eagan and now live in a bordering suburb. The "south of the river" suburbs are really nice, but housing is expensive here. However, the growth has flatlined some compared to the northern suburbs, so you won't worry as much about not being able to get a decent piece of property. There is great highway access to the Twin Cities from Eagan and plenty of placed to eat and shop there.
I'm not in the apartment market and haven't been for years, but last I paid in Eagan was $650/month.

I live in Minnesota, not Eagan. It is in the south metro, it is one of the more spendy places to buy a home and rent.....The current govenor is from there. The high school hockey team is pretty good most of the time....what else do you want to know???? I would move to Blaine. It is in the north metro and it is now one of the fastest growing 'burbs.
