i am. its not my fault that alternative rockers give away their money to charitible causes instead of trying to be ghetto and living in a freakin mansion!!! and i respect it if you like rap crap, or country crap, or 70s hair metal crap. everyone likes what they like. i like 80s-present punk rock, hard rock, pop rock, some screamo and hardcore. i don't really care for hawthorne heights or fall out boy, but Green Day, Minor Threat, Van Halen, Metallica, Nirvana, The Offspring, Blink-182, UnderOath, and Rise Against are awesome!! i just wish everyone would respect each others music preferences. if you don't like someones music preferences, then just say so. blink-182 aren't queers. if they were, they wouldn't have started the band. girls LOVE them. i bet they've gotten laid more times than there are days in a month. same for green day and offspring and nirvana and a few others i named. same for the rappers. personally, i think rap is ruining our society, but see, thats just my opinion.

i'm not hating anything. obviously, rap songs are very catchy. so are many rock songs. so who agrees that we should stop hating?

We are totally on the same wavelength here. I like Darren Hayes, (even if he is gay) I think he writes the most brilliant, soul searching thought provoking lyrics ever written, but I understand that not everyone likes the same things.
I don't like rap or hiphop, to me they just talk about the same things all the time, and their videos piss me off, they ARE all the same. but i won't say it sucks, it sells, so obviously it doesn't suck.
Just because YOU don't like it, doesn't mean it's crap. If it was crap, then it wouldn't get played on the radio, right?
