I had an ultrasound at 12 weeks and they couldn't tell. My next one is at 16 weeks, but is there any other ways to tell what sex my baby will be.

Even with the ultrasound... if they say it is a boy, it is. But if they say it is a girl, then maybe. They might have missed something.

Congratulations!

You won't know the sex of the baby until you are so far along, and through an ultrasound. I have also heard people use the way a baby is sitting high or sitting low. I think it is high they say it is a boy and if it is low it is a girl.

You could try the old wives tale of using a wedding band/ ring and a piece of hair......

String the hair thru the ring and hold it above your tummy.... if it goes in a circle its a girl if it goes back and forth its a boy...

I have heard it reversed too so you really cant tell but its always fun to see if it is right.

Good luck with the baby.

you can usually only tell what the sex is after 18 weeks through to about 26

Its not 100% correct but if you go to google type in "is it a boy or a girl" its like the 5th link down. Its a chinese calendar and you type in your age and what month you concived. It will tell you. It was right with me and right with a friend too. Its fun but never 100%! Have fun and congrats!

well if you believe in old wives tales there is a fun test you can take that will "tell" if it is a boy or girl.
