In saudi arabia we cannot wear any symbols of religion other than islam. If i wear a crucifix it will be ripped off my kneck and possible to be sent to prison. Other Muslims countries also ban any other religious items either worn or carried. However tolerance in europe is that we allow any religion to do what they like. The veil is an afront to sensible people. They can wear the veil in blind establishments they cant be seen. It is common practice than if you meet somebody you see their face. I would feel most uncomfortable being interviewed bby a person wearing a veil. Yes I have been abroad and faced this situation but I refuse to accept it in the UK. When in rome do as the Romans do. If they want to come to this country they must accept our laws and if they cant go back to a country that allows such behaviour. 98 % of the population of the Uk and that includes muslim are apposed to the veil. Majority rule so let us ban it in public. In private they can choose to do what they wish. A religious sect that belives in nudity in public are arrested yet veils muslims are allowed to wear the veil in public. Seiks can werar their turben on a motorbike whilst other must wear a crash helmet. We are too tolerant in the UK and it is PC gone crazy. A person who wears a cross or star of david in the uk can be faced with ridicule and the sack but muslims get away with murder and frequebtly do though they murder themselves too. 97 % of strife in the world is orientated bt islam. More islamic people are killed by other islamic people.

Let me compare an Islamic Country ( other than Saudi ) , who ask people to wear appropriate clothes or cover up , to a pub.

And compare the States to a strip club, where they allow you to wear almost anything.

Can the strip club ask someone not to wear appropraite clothing!!! No

There is always a minimum dresswear requirement even in restauarants , but there never is a maximum one !!!

Again if it is banned , it further shows how much freedom of expression there actually is

Muslim countries expect guests in their country to observe their customs, why wouldn't they respect other countries customs. Should not be outlawed, however if you are working or dealing with public or government agencies it not appropriate wear.

No, retard. That is a personal choice. Should pants be outlawed in Muslim countries just because its not the official clothing worn there?

Yes. There has been a lot of talk about this in the UK and I am pleased about that. It has no place in our country which is based on Christian values. If we went to Islamic countries we would not be allowed to bring our culture with us.

Why? As for the nun, we don't see her as oppressed by way of fact all of us understand that she has chosen a non secular life. additionally, a minimum of in u . s . of america, a nun's habit is very seen like a uniform. She is seen pious and devoting herself to god, definite, yet no longer by way of fact she wears the habit. She is seen pious and dedicated to God by way of fact she has given up a "favourite" life with the intention to serve God. As for Mary, we don't see her as oppressed considering it incredibly is in simple terms how each and every physique dressed returned then. it variety of feels out of place to us interior the west to work out it it cutting-edge circumstances. As a woman, i'm torn with regard to the hijaab. whilst a muslim woman chooses that for herself, then I appreciate her selection. i will even see the wonderful thing approximately her selection. there is an portion of me that could desire to delight in being able to stroll in public devoid of feeling like i'm being mentally undressed via particular human beings. What bothers me is that sometimes it variety of feels that the girl does not incredibly have a decision, that she is being compelled to positioned on it. each and every so often it variety of feels that the clarification isn't approximately Allah (pbuh) in any respect, yet by way of fact men think of girls each and every physique is wild animals that could desire to stored on a quick leash. i do no longer understand if it incredibly is real, besides the indisputable fact that it variety of feels that way. wish it incredibly is clever!
