It's generally called "eye black."
In theory, players use it to reduce glare to the eyes from the sun or artifical stadium lighting.
Sporting goods stores usually have it. They also make stickers that do the same thing, but without the mess.

It's called "eye black" and used to (in the old days) be made of straight charcoal. They still have that, but now have little stick-on deals that do the same thing. Probably get them at a good sporting goods store.

I think you are talking about EYE BLACK.....it's used to block the glare of the sun...... just about all sporting good stores carry it.

They are called light blockers and you can get them at your local sports store. Like Sports Authority or Big 5. Or just take a bandaid and color it black with a permanent marker to make your own at home.
