Can an ovulation test show that your ovulating when your already pregnant?

i know it sounds like a silly question, i took an ovulation test today and it says i'm ovulating but i've been having some pregnancy symptoms , my preg test came back negative two weeks ago, that s why i wanted to know if it could show false results

You can't ovulate while pregnant! You're already pregnant! The body won't continue to try and get pregnant!
