One shot of your drink of choice. It won't cause you to do something stupid (like calling your friend's girlfriend and yelling at her), but it will calm you down a little. Try taking a hot bath and a walk.
If you feel up to it, you can tell your friend how you feel, but it would probably be best to keep it to yourself until she's single (because after all, she probably would have broken up with her girlfriend already if she wasn't happy with her).

since you are still technically a man, she might not like you the same way that you like here since she is a lesbian, and no never interfere with someone's relationship. go out to a lesbian bar get drunk, if find some girls that like you then tell them you are a trans that likes girls, by telling them up front you won't get any mixed signals, 5 jack and cokes

i honestly think that before you drink -- call the family doctor and tell him/her to recommend a psychiatrist. you are a case. she/he will be able to help you, may be. now as for the drinks -- drink all the clean water you can -- that is good for you. the other alcoholic drinks -- are for the winners -- a glass of wine to toast for example -- when and if you win big -- you put yourself on the right side of life -- respect your body and soul -- drink to to your own health -- one small glass of wine would be OK -- make it dry, red or white it makes no difference. as to the amount of drinks -- your body can absorb -- no one here can answer that question unless we know your weight, age, where you are located -- the temperature, the stamina of your body etc. etc. last of the advice not drinking is better than drinking stick to it. hope it helps. and call right now the family doctor. remember...

drinking is not the solution. all you find at the bottom of a bottle is the bottom of a bottle (and liver damage).
real advice - try to let go. it's hard, but if the relationship was meant to be it will happen.

None. It will end up causing more depression and poor judgement. Have a nap, take a shower and go for a walk.

that depends entirely on whether or not you are with your best friend at the time of drinking.
