Your best bet is to play with some different eye shadow colors for you to see what it does differently to your eyes. Have fun with it. Don't be afraid of trying something new whether you like the color or not. I think it depends, are you wanting to make the green in your eyes draw out or the blue. Once you decide that, then you can go from there.

I have hazel eyes that are more on the green side and I like trying to find ways to bring the green out. I have been wearing a burgundy color on the lid and a bright purple color in the crease, and a light pink above the purple to just below the eyebrows. The combination draws the green out in my eyes. I would have never done those colors together, but I was playing around with makeup one day and did that and loved the effect it had on my eyes. Try the colors I have used and see what it does to your eyes if you like.

Tawny tones perk up blue eyes and lavender will also bring the blue out in your eyes. Stay away from black eyeliner and mascara. Try a blue/brown mascara and either a brown or navy eyeliner pencil.

Or to emphasize blue eyes use brown and rose shadows. Warm hues will contrast the coldness of blue eyes.

But personally, I like orange/peaches. I never thought it would look good - but it really is amazing for any shade of blue eyes.

I have dark blue eyes, and I think that if you get a cream color with a some glitter in it (not big pieces), that looks pretty good. I got mine from Mark Kay.

Try a dark brown color. Mary Kay has a nice one called "Ginger Spice." Also try any shade of green.
