The jury was still out when the show ended. The guy was suing him for malpractice. Saying that Kovac neglected him and stuff like that.

I agree with the other answers (looking bad for Kovac), but in the preview for next week Forrest Whitaker's character comes to the ER to see Kovac... why would he come to see him if the jury rules in his favor--to gloat? So I'm kind of thinking Kovac wins...

It ended with Dr. Kovah walking home and the jury deliberating. It wasn't looking good for the doctor and hospital. It also panned to the court room and the man who had the stroke was still sitting in the courtroom at the table.

i ended staring at ER some years in the past, whilst it grew to become into nevertheless up against without a hint. i grew to become into transforming into bored with the tutor, and have not extremely been too attracted to staring at it considering. i'm valuable that if the writers are imaginative adequate they might throw in some great surprises to end the sequence on a extreme word. they have controlled to toss in some extremely WOW moments--like whilst Carter grew to become into attacked by way of a knife weilding psycho, and Dr Romano have been given his arm decrease off by way of the blades of a helicopter so i does no longer anticipate the tutor to end without something that keeps you on the sting of your seat.

The jury hasn't decieded yet...however it didn't look good. Forest Whitaker gave a really good performance. Abby returned to work also.
