Get the circumcision first. You can try masturbation with a condom to see how it will feel. (If you have never done that you ain't normal.)
Teen girls reallyy are clueless to sex. Just like teen boys!!!! They are more often than not reall just curious about sex.
Real sexual pleasure comes later on in life (late 20's) until then it is mostly excitement and wonder. This means you are out to please your partner as much as yourself. That is when it gets good.

Don't have sex until you get this fixed,it could rip and tear the skin that has not released itself from the head.My son had this.He was 15 when he got circumcised and the Dr thought it was gonna be a usual event and that he would be fine in a week.When my son came out of the operation they moved his post op appointment to 2 weeks instead of 1.He ended up missing a month of school because the Dr didn't see that it was attached to the head to such a severe degree.Dr said it was like having a severe sunburn on the head of his penis.So I tell you this because if you know its gonna hurt,its not ordinary,it means that it is attached and you will probably bleed also.Wait and get the procedure.No sex till your penis has passed Dr's inspection. you have the rest of your life and you don't want the first experience to be so bad.AND ALWAYS wear a condom. And tell the girl that you need to have surgery down there.You don't have to say what kind of surgery.My son got through it that way.

I say wait...most girls are freaked out by uncircumcised penises. They may not say anything to you, but they will think it.
Especially if they have had sex with a circumcised guy. If she is a virgin, then it might be different. I am a girl and speak from experience....but the man I love....he is uncircumcised and I just got used to it....and sex is still great.

If you are a spurs fan, we can assume you are jewish and that being the case you won't have a foreskin anymore.
If you are serious then an op is the only way forward. Forget sex until you have recovered from op.
Sex aint no big deal so be patient.
