Fish to put in a very small tank????

What is very small? less than 5 gallons, then only a betta will work. 5-10 gallons, you could do guppies or some neon tetras (need to be in groups of 5+). Goldfish need 20+ gallons to be happy, so please do not put a goldfish into a bowl.

if you have a really small tank then i would go with a either male or female betta they will do fine in a small tank. but remember that you can only do one male betta to a tank more than that the fish will fight and try and kill each other.
if it is big enough you could but two female betta in a tank and the will do fine.
the other thing you can put in small tank is tetras or a neon blue dwarf gourami.
