For a future office manager for a new business? EX: interviewing new personnel vs microsoft office ~or~ business communication vs accounting basics.?I guess I am trying to ask which knowledge will be the most helpful for a new business?Suggestions would be appreciated! I am just not sure.... THANKS!

If you take a course, I'd go for the software. If its a new business you can figure out what requirements are needed for hiring with some research in the future and learn as you go.

Managing the office will entail organizing and getting everyone up to speed on software, email, sharing and more. The more fluent you are with the software the easier you can make everyone else's job.

Experience: Started and maintained 3 businesses (real estate appraisal, leasing and mortgages) over 22 year period.

I would go into finance. Your income will be great and you will be an invaluable asset to the company. Every business needs to watch their bottom line.
