My sister started producing breastmilk when she was not pregnant. The doctors did some tests and found that it was caused by a cyst on her pituatary gland. she ended up getting pregnant about 5 months later and had no problem. after she had the baby the told her she may not be able to have anymore. 3 years later she was pregnant with her second baby and during this pregnancy she had problems with her eyesight which the doctors said was caused by the cyst. If I were you I'd weigh all the possibities before taking any drugs that could effect your ability to have children. Get a second opinion, and ask alot of questions.

The birth control pills might help the medication do its job or work faster. The best thing to do is just call up the first doc (or his nurse) and just ask why you would need to take both and that you want to get pregnant. Or if the first 2 docs are not OB/GYN's then get a third opinion from a OB/GYN.

If you want a child i would take the pill the first doctor perscribed and wait a few months doing what he said and see if you get pregnant. If your planning on a family i would stay off birthcontrol pills.

I would take the pill from the first doctor because it sounds like the medicine they give you after you have a baby and don't want to breastfeed and it dries up your milk.
If you want to get pregnant, don't take the birth control pills.

The first doc sounds right but I didnt find anything on it keeping you from getting pregnant. anyways, hers is a site that is helpful. Call your first doc, explain that you went to get a second opinion and tell him what the doc said.
