Well, that depends. What was your dog's SAT score? Was it higher than 1280, which was President Bush's score? Did your dog attend an Ivy League school? Did your dog somehow not only beat the Democrats TWICE in a presidential election, but talk most of the Democrats in Congress and the Senate into authorizing military force regarding Iraq?
No?
Then yeah, President Bush is smarter than your dog.
AND the fact that you would ask such an insipid, ridiculous question probably also means that your dog is smarter than YOU.

I can't say for sure about your dog cuz I haven't seen what he can do, but my dog is sharp as a tack and no doubt smarter than gwb! Can gwb stay focused on any task at hand? We all know he can't cuz he's ADD. My dog is focused on any task put in front of him and won't quit till it's accomplished!

well, i dont like dogs really, but then i dont like most of what george w stands for. Im sure he may be smarter than one of those little tiny yappy dogs, but probably not as smart as a regular sized dog. I think t hat i'll buy a building at some university, enroll my dog and buy it a degree with a c average, then see if i can buy its way into the government.

Hard to answer. Don't know your dog. However does he have a advanced degree? And if he does, what school(s)? Last I looked the President had one from Yale and one from Harvard.
