My mom acts like this is not normal. But why do I keep feeling like it is? That's how I feel when I've got to go. Is that seriously not normal?

Your mom's right. See a doctor right away. Even if it's what you've experienced your whole life it could be something congenital that could cause serious problems later.

What do you think? Terrible pain is never normal. It sounds like you have an infection of some kind. See a doc, stat.

You can feel pretty anxious when you have "to go" but it sounds a little more serious than that.

Actually it is normal. It is called "dumping syndrome". There are three stages involved and which one you are experiencing depends on how long it's been since you have eaten. I wouldn't be alarmed over this, unless you are experiencing this too frequent. Then I would consult your physician.
