cropping pictures

Go to paint
click file and then open.
find the my pictures folder,
pick the picture that you want to corp
select or shorten it and save it.
if you wanna save it as new one, select the part of pic you wanna corp, cut it and open new paint page paste it , reduce the extra white space to pic size, by the resizing handles. and then save the pic.

If you are talking to do it with computer , you will need a special program, such as Photoshop, Paint Shop or similar. It is quite easy, but can only be done with the help of one of these programs. Good Luck!

There are lots of photo editing programs out there, it all depends on how you want it to look, but you can try to copy and paste it in Paint.
