I have brown/blond hair. and brown eyes. i think i look kind of plain. i mean i dont hate how i look, but i would like to find a way to stand out more. Also, i wear a little gray eyeliner to try to jazz up my eyes (i dont think it works) I am 12 years old so i dont want to do anything tooo derastic, but something to get noticed.

Well, when I was about your age, I looked a lot like your description. I thought I looked sort of plain too. What you need to do is go shopping for an outfit or two that makes you stand out. Spend a little more money than regularly do, or more than I regularly did. Buy clothes that are a little bit stronger, a little more mature, but not too mature, and a little bit funner. Try to look your age without "overdoing it" basically. Go to your local department store to buy your makeup at a makeup counter where they can match you perfectly. That's all I can think of! Cute hair styles make everyone look fun and exciting. You can try wearing a little red or maroon lipgloss. (but not too much, or you'll look funny) Wearing cute jewelry also works. For your eyeliner, try a little red to contrast your brown eyes. (I have almost the same hair color and brown eyes, this is what I do.)

well ur 12 soo i cnt tell u toput much make up on well try puting silverish bluish eye liner that will make ur eyes stand out escially if ur skin colour skin tanned if not use black ..... if u wnat top use a lil bit of eye shadow just too bring ur eyes out use grey depending on ur skin colour light grey for tanned etc and make a nice hair styl eg curl ur hair str8en ur fringe get a nice layered hair cut ...thatlle make up a new u ;) i hoped that help OOOO and dnt forget the clothes go out shoppign take a friend for help :* have fun bbz

try getting side bangs and wearing cool big sparkly earing. You'll look really pretty!
