its blocking off my light a lot i want to cut it down and she dont ,she after climbing up on the tree and wont come down should i bring her out a cup of tea or what should i do ,she.s very stubborn person she doesnt have any family

Get a chainsaw and take the tree out,if she lands on the chain it was an accident right.Just remember it was an accident,no court would ever lock you up.
