x=y-10
if twisted
x-y = -10
b) comes close in a way because the expression best represents the amount left(x) in terms of the amount earned (y):
rest of the answers have only x or y

x - y = -10, so b) x-y can probably said to be closest.

If you are trying to find x, then the answer is c) 2y. y=2x., ergo, x=2y. Hope I helped! :)
