My friend is afraid of this guy i really like at school. She thinks he wants to kill her. I sit next to him in class and told him that she thinks he wants to kill her. He laughed and said he didn't care about what she thought but it wasn't true. I wanna know if I should be on my friends side or on the guys side. Me and the guy are friends and we hang out at school alot. He just got off of a suspension that the girl not caused but told on him. I don't know how to tell her to stop acting like this and just understand that the guy doesn't want to hurt her, in fact he doesn't even know her name. She's kinda getting annoying because even though the incident is over she keeps dragging it out. It bothers me, the guy, nad a few of my other guy friends. Why does she think I should stop hanging out with the guy and devote all of my time to listening to her complain about what happened?! I need help

You need to get proof for what people say. Without proof, no one is guilty. But it is as much of a crime if the girl accusing the guy is making it up for whatever reason. Regardless, proof is the key. If there is proof of the guy harassing your friend, then you should show it to the school or even the police if needed.

Um, you mentioned that "angel" boy was suspended; For what? Was it fighting, threatening, stealing, drugs...what? Anyway, has this guy said anything to your friend? Maybe he has and is lying to you! If I were your friend and I was really afraid, I'd speak to my guidance counselor; maybe the counselor can bring them together and straighten it out. If the guy says he doesn't want to do that, then he's probably guilty of something and doesn't want to be suspended again or expelled....word to the wise!
