yes he has on this type of procedure were they can tattoo lip color on your lip its look a lip stain . because if you way back to his "I want to rock with u " video his lip pigment is a lite brown color.. His lip color changed in the late 80's so did his skin right after his head caught fire .The entire family has had surgery but they kept there color.. did you see him dressed up as a lady overseas . Its on Daily Mirror he had on lady low rise jeans, and high heel boots with a J-Lo Hat and wig and all he looked just like a ugly drag queen. He had to go across the pond to come out of the closet to get away from Joe Jackson . Cause Joe Jackson is not gonna except no gay son y'all no his dad would beat the Gay out of him.
