i have a problem.when i wanna speak to someone i gaze to him/her eyes & he/she feel uncomfortable. how can i look to somebody's eyes friendly?

Don't lock eye balls with them. Glance at them, until you feel comfortable. Our eyes are windows to the soul, so you are basically intimidating them. Practice makes perfect! Relax and keep trying. You will the hang of it. :)

Smile and say hi. Look at them as you are doing it but you do not need to lock in a long gaze. Find something nice to say to them or do a small kind act. Best of all just listen if they want to talk.

Be a goog listener, when someone is talking to you, try to look into their eyes, dont be so closed to the person, maintain your distance. when your turn to talk, try to be relax a little bit, dont stare at the person's eyes all the time.

Don't gawk at them for a long time ... It would make anyone feel uncomfortable. Just look at them and smile naturally

well Dr. Phil always says to look them in the eye, but I guess if it's making them uneasy, look down or at something else every once in a while.

Maybe move your head from time to time, try not to stare. Look at different things as you talk. Don't stand too close.
