Since about 6 months ago, both my heels have grown a lump on each one. Apparently this is because of the shoes i was wearing, but they wernt hurting me! And i dont know whether i can get rid of them, but they look horrible, and its hard to find shoes that fit me, and dont rub me, because of them, even tho they arnt THAT big. I still notice them. And do you think going to the doctors could to enything? Thanks.

It sounds like you have a callous. The doctor can look at it and suggest a solution. Usually, they give you a medicated cream that wears them down with a mild acid while softening your skin. It works wonders! Go talk to your doctor.

Sounds like it MIGHT be a heel spur- a deposit of calcium or fluoride (or other mineral) on the bone. Make an appt w/ a podiatrist, and they may be able to remove them with medication or surgery...

Go to the doctor and get checked out, and he might be able to give you anti-inflammatory medication.
