OMG soooooooooooooo many!
my most recent,
it was busy at the checkouts so i hopped on the service counter so that the service suoervisor can hop on another checkout, i was runnin the store so its a must.
2 of our checkouts were being serviced at that time (there was a man in uniform fixing them) i had to hop off for 1 minute to get change for another checkout chic which takes no longer then a minute, by the time i got back the girl working on the register next to the service desk was getting cigarettes for a customer at my register, i quickly took them off her and finished that sale so she could serve her customers, we managed to quickly get rid of the rush, noone had been waiting for longer then 10 minutes 15 minutes to b generous. then this 1 lady rudely and very loudly starts winging about the ppor job that the management is doing, and asks for the manager, so i say ploitely can i help you? "yes i want ot speak to the manager!" that would be me madam"
"your not the manager " she yells at me (this is probably because im in my early 20's i reply yes i am sorry can i help you! then winge winge winge blah blah blah your not doing your job! this poor girl has to serve at two registers at once while your just walking around!" i'm sorry but you didnt see me complete that transaction for her? "you need more staff you dont know how to do your job" i'm sorry to say but its not a staff issue as you can see ive got a staff member at every working checkout, the other two are being fixed as we speak "DONT ARGUE WITH ME WHAT ABOUT THOSE TWO CHECKOUTS IM NOT BLIND" yes as i just explained there being fixed see that man in uniform he is fixing them as we speak"WELL YOU SHOULD GET MORE REGISTERS IVE WORKED IN SERVICE FOR 20 YRS I KNOW HOW IT WORKS," if that is so then you would know that it isnt in my power to get registers into the store and that is a very difficult process which is out of my hands "IT IS UP TO YOU, YOU GUYS ARE JUST STINGY, IF YOU INSIST ON MAKING ME WAIT 45 MINUTES TYHEN YOU SHOULD STOP SELLING LOLLIES AND CHIOCOLATES AND ALL THE OTHER **** THAT YOU SELL, IM GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT YOU SHOULDNT HAVE IT ON THE SHELVES"
im sorry madam but i cant just stop selling the range like ythat this is a supermarket, we must carry the range 'I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS **** YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB BLAH BLAH BLAH, IM SIK OF HAVING TO CLEAN UP AFTER MY KIDS EVERY TIME THEY STUFF AROUND WITH YOUR DISPLAYS"
(at this point i was so pist off i pointed to some signage that her some had ripped down and said did you fix that, no! im the one that is going to be fixing it, so i dont see why your getting so angry and i havent been employed to sytand here and cop abuse so i would appreciate it if you would please calm down) and then the fukn ***** said "ARE YOU POINTING AT ME ? THATS IT IM TAKING THIS HIGHER AND BY THE WAY ONLY GOD KNOWS HOW MANY PACKETS OF CHIPS AND OTHER **** MY SONS OPRENDED UP IN THE AISLE OVER THERE AND FRANKLY I DONT GIVE A **** IM NOT PAYING FOR IT BECAUSE YOU SHOULDNT HGAVE IT ON THE SHELF."
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR had i known bout that earlier i would have charged her with damage and refused her exit til the ***** vpayed for it..... she made a complete dik of her self and embarrssed the hell outa me because she hasnt discipined her kids........... i know it was a long one but that you so much i really needed to get it off my chest

Close. I work in sales/reservations. I had a customer go off on me about the price of our tickets, and started blaming me for the areas tax rate, (which is 10%) and telling me how much money the city makes each year so why couldn't he at least get a discount, if not a free admission?! All I could do was say "I just work here. If you have that much of a problem, go to the Chamber of Commerce." lol Yes, really fun times! lol

My story is from the customers side in observing what someone in customer service did: At one time after the Christmas Holiday madness I went to a Department store to check out their pants and shirt dept. While there a I noticed a really nice ski jacket on the rack. The price tag was missing and I really liked this particular one(there were no others like it there). At that point I had to go up to the customer service counter in order to find out what the price would be. It was relatively late so there was no one being serviced at the time that I arrived at the counter. At first I didn't think that anyone was there but all of a sudden a "can I help you" came out from behind this huge pile of returned clothes! When I reported that I wanted to buy this particular coat and would like a price for it the lady tried to figure out what to charge for it by looking in an indexed book of clothing items. Having sensed her frustration with regards to the mountain of garments that she had to work through I was about ready to tell her to forget about it, when she whipped around and blirted out " Honey this is your lucky night !" Next thing I knew she had put a price tag on it for $15.00 and told me that I could pay for it there. Man I was whistling all the way out of the store with a great deal and I wasn't even stealing it -so to speak ! I later saw the same jacket going for $335.00 somewhere else.

I worked in customer (field) service for years. I had to fly to Texas to teach a bunch of techs how to troubleshoot and fix cellular phones. They said the phones were unfixable but turns out they were a bunch of nimrods.

I had a lady who swore we overcharged her on merchandise (she's a store owner, we're a distributor and manufacturer) because when she looked at the invoice the total was twice what our advertised price was.... yeah that was cuz she ordered 2 of them! stupid lady. I hate people. Anyway, she ended up sending the entire shipment back and threatening to sue if we didn't completely refund her blah blah hope she dies.

Hunny!! I could share a million of them. I worked front counter customer service and one lady accused me of not giving her a penny back in change. I had to count my drawer down, and after I told her that my drawer was correct AND after I gave her a penny out of my pocket, she called me a b**** a** thief. Over a damn penny.

i worked at a "coffee franchise" for 8 months. I'm surprized I didn't have coffee thrown in my face because people can't wait 3 minutes for their drink to be done. oh and then there's the lovely people who don't know what the f*** they want, order something and then say it was wrong. or they wanted decaf but didn't order decaf and wanted us to magically read their mind.... what little of it there was.

i worked in a fitting room at tj max. this lady lost her wallet in the store or the fitting room. i looked all over to try to find her wallet but we couldn't find it. she then went over to the head cashier and said that i stole her walet!
oh and this kid would come in the fitting room w/ all these clothes to try on and when he'd leave he'd bring them out all messed up and inside out and not on the hangers and would just throw this mess in my arms for me to fix. he did this like 6 or 7 times. i got sick of it and told him that everytime he didn't put his clothes back it was a $10.00 charge. he was like "are you serious?" lol
