I have a lovely pair of black patent-leather Candie's heels, but I can't remember the style name. The patent leather has gotten a bit scuffed from wear and tear and I'd like to find another pair of these shoes.
Are there any sites that sell things like this?

I've checked eBay and it seems to only be vintage or current stuff. I need about two years old.

Perhaps you could take a look at one of the flea markets, salvation army stores, Goodwill, and places like that. Sometimes companies give styles shoes that are no longer in demand and you can get it at a bargain price. That's what I do.
