Bring a ripe avocado, cut it in cubes, put each cube in a plastic bag, and place it in the frig.
Each day take one of the cubes, squish it, and spread it over ur face ... thats what my friend's mom does..

For intake: drink a lot of water, have a balanced diet
For skin care routine: you need a good cleanser that cleans away all the dirts/ makeup/ oil secretion on the face and a good moisturizer to keep skin moisturized and supple

Wash everyday, eat good foods, and use sunscreen. Lotion will keep it soft. You can buy powder bronzer at the Dollar General for like a buck. It works wonders for me because I'm so light skinned. Basically makes your skin glow.. But make sure you only use a little. Aloe is good for the skin and vitamin B is supposedly important in producing beautiful skin.
Oh and never pick zits.

There isnt anyway to really get gorgeous skin without paying for it. Drink lots of water, keep your skin hydrated. My dermatologist recommended Purpose cleansing gel, and i also got the moisturizer. It does wonders...it makes your skin feel great, and i noticed a huge difference in days.
Although, you can raid your fridge and make a mask for you face. I mix avacodo, honey, ground oats (oatmeal), and if you have green tea, that will make a good mixture. It will shrink your pores, and help breakouts.

I just use ivory soap and water, it's the only thing that ever worked for me. Don't forget to wash your make up off at the end of the day really well if you wear it.

I don't wear makeup. I use a vitamin E cream once a week. Most people think I am 10 years younger than I am.
