ask your school, they are usually enthusiastic about sports. You can get a bunch of family and friends and also make your own soccer team, or a soccer club around your local area. Make meets like once a week, advertise it around town, maybe offer snacks to encourage more people to come, get a supervisor like your parents or a coach, etc. It's not as great as a club, but it may turn into something later!

ask your parents to suggest to the homeowners association to start a soccer team or competition in your neighborhood with the other kids. that's a good way to get to know your neighbors and meet new friends.

start practicing by yourself kicking a ball against a wall.
Try kicking with both feet. Try stopping the ball with both feet.
Try to curve it right to left, left to right. Master the control of the ball. When a team forms, you'll be ready.
