Most women have a sense of balance.... think about it. Try wearing your backpack on your chest instead of your back. You have to adjust to get used to the extra weight, but you don't just fall over, do you? Women who get breast augmentations have to get used to the extra weight but after a while, they don't even notice it anymore and their implants come to feel like a part of them.

Boobs are not made of lead, and they don't weigh that much, even if artificial. They can cause back pain from changes in posture if they are too big for the body.
