How deep is the cut? Is it still wanting to bleed or seeping? If it's very deep, you should head to the docs...
You should keep your mouth really clean, use hot salt water & hold it in your mouth and use it like a mouthwash quite a few times a day. Salt water is antiseptic, toughens gums & mouth tissues and promotes healing. Also, dilute some hydrogen peroxide & swish your mouth with it, taking care not to swallow any. It should heal up soon. Good luck you brute! Lol!

The thing with cuts on your lips and on the inside of your mouth is that saliva will get on it. Oh yeah. Even when it's just on your lip, chances are you will lick the cut. The saliva is not good for the healing process. It allows bacteria to breed and infects the wound. A girlfriend of mine fell and bit her lip. The wound din't close up for like a week. WE had to gether antibiotics to get rid of the bactera there and we were constantly hitting her when she strated to lick the sore. I recomend Glycerine for mouth sores of all kinds. Vaseline is good for cracked lips that are just starting to bleed. I know this is the answer i gave to that other guy for his question on cut lips but do you honestly think I would type the same info twice? it applies to your question so i've copied it for you.
