Partially its genetic. Men are preprogramed to "spread their seed" to as many different women as possible.
Women, on the other hand are programed to have ONE husband to help raise the kids.
The conflict is located between these two extreems

That's a pretty massive generalisation. I'm sure there are plenty of Hispanic guys who don't think it's ok at all. There are scungy people from every race who think it is ok.
