pathologists are able to identify cancer cells...according to them, cancer cells are well differentiated even they were trying to mimic the normal cells they are adhered to...no guessing game with cancer....especially with biopsies....and cell cytology

Once they take a biopsy and send it to the lab, there is no guessing involved.
