There are a lot of jobs out there that do not require a urine test. Most of them require hair sampling now. If you can not stay clean long enough to find a job, than maybe you should not be working anyway. I would love it if we went to an across the board random drug testing at all jobs no matter what level you are at in the company or how long you have worked there.
If you are looking for a job that doesn't check for drugs than find someone that will pay you under the table since most other jobs require it now.

Smaller companies or jobs that typically have a high turn over. Some temp assignments.

Self-Employment. That's about it. Well, unless you mean ONLY urine tests. In reference to all drug tests though, only self-employment.

Register for staffing agencies. They don't give out urine tests. they have clerical, wherehouse or whatever it is your looking for. Crack open your phone book (yellow pages and look at the ads.)

hey do what i do & work from home, find something that interests you and is legit & you'll do pretty well.
but hopeful still have enough self control to get clean off of drugs if thats what your on.
