Help to answeres, my web,blog, how to find business,tags,URL , how to use these things.And what they mean?

I taught myself a couple of years ago to even turn on the computer, Now I want to work on it as well, I keep reading about these things I asked, but still not finding my answere I am more hands on or even actually talking to someone would help even more. I don't really have the money to buy the books or go back to school! So what does one person do when they really want to learn but don't know anyone that works on the internet and doesn't have the money to find out. I love this Page. It sure does come in handy at these desperate times of mine. Thanks for taking the time to read this..Please I sure could use some help here. summerdays
